Shipping & Returns


While we will do our best to ship your items quickly and safely, we cannot guarantee any shipping dates. Delivery time will be determined by the shipping method you selected and varies based on the carrier.


Once package has been registered by the carrier, Mel’s One Crafty Corner, LLC will not be liable for the shipping and delivery process. Mel’s One Crafty Corner, LLC will not be liable for any lost or damaged items, as well as any incorrect addresses entered by the buyer. If you believe the item was damaged due to non shipping related issues, please send us an email. 

If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact your local carrier (depending what was selected at time of checkout). Please note, you can upgrade to priority mail at an additional cost to the buyer which includes insurance for your items. Selecting first class mail does not include insurance. 

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours and we can update your address. Once an item has shipped, we cannot make any changes. If item has shipped with wrong address entered by the customer, please review returned packages description. 


Should your order be returned to Mel's One Crafty Corner, LLC for "unclaimed,  unable to forward" or any other reason that is not the fault of Mel's One Crafty Corner, LLC two options will be available.

1. At the cost of the customer, the package can be reshipped to a new address. An invoice will be sent for shipping charges.

2. The order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and route insurance will not be refunded.


Due to each item being a customized product, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving the package. After the 48 hours, it is not guaranteed a replacement or refund will be issued.
