Shipping policy

Please review our shipping policies before submitting an order.

Mel's One Crafty Corner, LLC does not have packaging information once picked up by the carrier. We will provide a tracking number with each order.

If a package is uninsured and is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to confirm where the package was delivered. If you need any information on your order, please email us and we'll be more than happy to provide any shipping information. 

If a package is insured and is lost or stole, please contact us through email. We will file a claim with the carrier and once approved, we will work with you to receive a new order or a refund. Option will be open to the customer. 

If any package is returned to us, we will work directly with the customer to resend the package at an additional charge to the customer. No refunds will be given.
